Old traditional property becomes a modern family home

This extensive renovation project saw a 1950s standard 3 bedroom bungalow space was 2000 sq ft. The property was dated and the owners had a vision to develop and raise the height to build a Moduloft that is 4000 sq feet with 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom.

Creating a family home through new loft space

This Jersey project focus was to create a Moduloft that would provide the family with more living space and created 1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms and 1 family bathroom in the new roof space. With dorma windows to give added light and a new porch to finish the transformation externally.

Traditional bungalow with huge potential to extend upwards

Traditional detached bungalow set in three and a half acre flat plot where property owners purchased this much sought after property that stand outs in Chippenham. After purchasing they could see the potential to extend upwards and started to look at plans for a regular loft conversion, however this would be too low. Back to the drawing board and time browsing on line to see if there was a roof raise option they found Moduloft and it was all systems go.

Moduloft design team worked closely with the family to ensure they came up with a solution that would give them an extra 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom in the Moduloft roof space. The property had plenty of character from the brick work to the chimney. The chimney was a feature that the design team wanted to retain and the finished result shows that this original feature works well. This property makeover has delivered on so many levels and provided the family with their perfect home.
