Our accreditations aren’t badges for the sake of it. Each one is an independent body checking that we do a specific part of your project to a recognised standard, so you don’t have to take our word for it.
SMAS
Our health and safety is independently assessed and SSIP accredited, so your project is run safely and to recognised industry standards from day one.
Gas Safe registered
Any gas work, moving a boiler or adding heating to your new floor, is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. It’s the legal standard for safe gas work, and the only list a qualified engineer can be on.
ISO 9001 Certified
Our quality management is certified to the international ISO 9001 standard. In plain terms, every project follows the same controlled, documented process, so the home you get is built to the same high standard as every one before it.
Timber Development UK
As members of the UK’s leading timber industry body, we stay current on best practice and build with responsibly sourced, sustainable timber, the material your whole new floor is engineered from.
NIC EIC – Approved Contractor
The UK’s leading certification body for electrical work independently inspects ours, so the wiring in your new space is certified, safe and properly signed off.
NIC EIC – Domestic Installer
Our domestic electrical work is registered and quality-checked to the same national standard, so every socket, light and circuit in your new rooms is done right.
James Hardie Approved Installer
We’re trained and approved to install James Hardie fibre-cement cladding, the world’s leading brand, for a durable, low-maintenance finish that keeps looking good for decades.
VELUX Certified Installer
We’re approved by VELUX to fit their roof windows and rooflights, so the daylight in your new floor is installed correctly and the manufacturer’s guarantee stands.
