Large Seafront Loft Conversion
The idyllic Teignmouth in Devon, was a fabulous place to install this bespoke Moduloft in 2017. The old property with spectacular sea views was looking to extend upwards and gain 2 new bedrooms and a bathroom.
The Results
The window design and external finish with Spanish blue slate tiles has truly enhanced this stunning property and enhanced its appearance. The location and access to the property was a challenge for Moduloft but one that was easily overcome with an organised road closure, slick scheduling for the delivery of all modules on the day, our first lift over the beach took place and with success all modules were in place within hours on the lift day and the team were onsite to complete the install and staircase for 2 weeks.
The property now transformed and looks stunning, is now regarded by locals as one of the best looking buildings in Shaldon.
