What a ModuLoft is
Most attic conversions in Yorkshire work inside your existing roof, boxing in around the old rafters and low head height. A ModuLoft is more than that. We remove the existing roof entirely and crane on a complete, factory-built new storey with a brand-new tiled or clad roof, engineered for full ceiling heights and proper rooms.
