Wimbledon Loft Conversion, Two Bedrooms and a Bathroom

The brief

Owners on a quiet Wimbledon close, on a street where Moduloft has worked more than once, wanted a full new floor with proper family accommodation, not just one extra room. The brief called for two bedrooms and a bathroom, with a staircase that felt like part of the house rather than an afterthought.

What we did

We designed and built the new floor off-site in our North Yorkshire factory, then craned it into place. The finished conversion added 53 sq/m across two new bedrooms and a bathroom, lit by three dormers to the front and rear, connected by a striking solid oak staircase built to match the character of the home’s existing stairs.
