Wimbledon Family Playroom Loft Conversion

The brief

On the same quiet Wimbledon close where Moduloft has worked more than once, this family wanted a dedicated playroom for the children, with a bathroom, and a first floor that felt properly connected to the rest of the house rather than a separate add-on.

What we did

We designed and built the new floor off-site in our North Yorkshire factory, then craned it into place. The finished conversion added 75 sq/m, a generous playroom and bathroom lit by six front dormers and two roof windows, with the first-floor study opened up to connect naturally with the new space above.
