Discovery
After your initial consultation with our team, we will meet you at the property to see the site and discuss your needs, ensuring we are all clear from the outset on the project.
Quote
Following our meeting, we will be able to provide a quote and drawing outline for the loft space, detailing the space that we can build for you and the total costs to deliver this.
Order
When you order your Moduloft, the timeline will be finalised so that you can book your factory visit and prepare for the delivery of your new loft and the lift.
Design & Build
The design will be finalised so you can be 100% sure of the result. And, work begins as we construct your truss in the factory to bring your design to life.
Factory visit
Our clients tell us that the factory visit is the first time the project begins to feel real, and we recommend that everyone arranges a visit to see their Moduloft come to life. It is an excellent opportunity to review and finalise your fixtures and fittings and make any last-minute changes.
Progress to completion
With updates every step of the way, we will arrange the delivery as your build nears completion.
Delivery, lift & installation
The big day has arrived! Your Moduloft will come on the back of a transporter and be craned into position in just a few hours, with the interior being finalised in 2-3 weeks.
