Operations Manager

Full Job Description

Due to business growth, there is an immediate requirement for an experienced Operations Manager to join our business.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident leading and supervising a factory and site based environment.

You will need:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and implement successful management strategies
  • Health and Safety knowledge of the construction industry
  • Computer skills and reporting experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relations with others
  • A good understanding of the construction industry
  • Knowledge of modular construction (advantage)

Your role will include:

  • Supervising a range of skilled and semi-skilled workers
  • Improving business processes
  • Deliver productivity targets within allocated budgets
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety practices and all applicable legislation to achieve and maintain a zero harm environment and culture

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent


From £40,000.00 per year
