Tim Benson, Managing Director and inventor of Moduloft is pleased to have been recognised by the Offsite Awards as a Pioneer in offsite construction.
2017 has seen a huge increase in the scale of projects delivered to our residential clients; every project is bespoke and it’s been wonderful to see the entire team at Moduloft embracing these opportunities.
Our project scope is evolving daily; we help property owners gain more space with our innovative and high quality approach. With over of 30 years’ experience we are proud to lead the way in our field.
Modulofts are now being designed and built for a wide range of properties, demonstrating a shift in the way consumers are approaching their expansion plans. In addition our sector is now appreciating the value and validity of Moduloft as the right solution for them, saving time and upheaval to create dynamic new spaces in their homes.
