The LYRA Lodge – A Bespoke Masterpiece

We recently completed the LYRA lodge, a beautifully crafted 15m x 4.3m bespoke home for a client in North Yorkshire. Designed, built, and installed by Modulodge, this striking lodge features elegant double curved ends, adding a unique architectural touch to its modern aesthetic. Inside, LYRA offers two spacious bedrooms, two stylish bathrooms, and a bright open-plan kitchen, living, and lounge area, providing the perfect blend of comfort and contemporary design. Delivered in precision-engineered modules, LYRA was lifted into place in just one day and securely installed on 27 helical screw piles, forming a strong, sustainable foundation for both the lodge and its surrounding decking area. This project is a true showcase of Modulodge’s commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and seamless turnkey delivery.

Bespoke Home Gym & Office Lodge

Modulodge has delivered this stunning high-end lodge for a private client, designed as a dedicated home gym and office space. The lodge features a fully equipped kitchen and a stylish tiled shower room, offering both functionality and luxury in a beautifully crafted setting. Constructed entirely by Modulodge as a turnkey project, the lodge was transported from our North Yorkshire factory in five modules, including a wide load. Installation was seamless, with all modules lifted onto helical screw pile foundations in just one day. Our expert technicians then completed the final finishing touches on-site within two weeks, ensuring a flawless handover to our client. This project showcases Modulodge’s commitment to precision, efficiency, and high-quality modular construction.
