Moduloft is now in a position to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, high calibre individual to join the team and assist us in our goal in further developing sales across the London, Devon, Home Counties and East Anglia although not limited to.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside the Sales Administrator & Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining and developing new business and executing sales. Duties will include, but are not limited to;

  • Identifying new potential customers in line with business focus
  • Promptly following up on leads provided by the Sales Administrator
  • Competently conduct site surveys & visits to result in project sales
  • Maintain a professional relationship with the customer
  • Prompt & accurate reporting to the Directors and key individuals
  • Liaising with Design, Suppliers and other key individuals where necessary

This is a key appointment for the organisation, and provides an opportunity for the successful candidate to make a meaningful contribution to the growth and continued success of the business. The following skills and experience are a prerequisite for this position;

  • Hold a proven track record of Sales, business development & effective account management (Minimum 5 Years required)
  • Experience of selling to high end clients
  • Happy to travel anywhere within the UK when as and when required
  • Must have a strong technical understanding of roof trusses/joists (modular truss designs if preferable)
  • Will be target driven & hungry for success
  • Effective communicator and computer literate

The successful candidate will be an experienced and highly motivated sales Manager with a natural zest of converting leads to orders. Strong communication skills and a team-based approach to the workplace are key to this role.

A competitive salary package will be made available to the successful candidate, based on previous skills and experience.
